The ground rules for our website and our services. Last updated July 2026.
By using this website or booking services with Wicked Inx ("the Shop," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book our services.
All services are by appointment only. A booking request made through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment — your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you. We may require a deposit to hold appointments for custom tattoo work; deposits are applied to the final price of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. Promotional pricing (including Saturday half-price piercings) applies to booked appointments only and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Clients under 18 may receive select piercing services only with a parent or legal guardian present who provides written consent and government-issued identification for both parties. We reserve the right to decline any service to a minor at our sole discretion, regardless of consent. Ear lobe piercings for children are performed only with a parent or guardian present.
Government-issued photo identification is required for all tattoo and piercing services, no exceptions. Every client must complete and sign a consent and health-history form before receiving services. Providing false information on a consent form voids any responsibility on the part of the Shop and its artists.
You must disclose any medical conditions relevant to your service, including but not limited to: allergies (including to latex, metals, inks, or soaps), skin conditions, blood-borne illnesses, heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy or nursing, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders, immune-system conditions, and any medications you are taking (including blood thinners). We may decline service where we believe a procedure poses a risk to your health or the health of our staff. We may require written medical clearance for certain conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason — including intoxication, abusive behaviour, requests for designs we consider hateful or offensive, health or safety concerns, or requests we believe a client may regret. Clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served, and any deposit may be forfeited.
Quotes and estimates are good-faith approximations; final pricing depends on the actual time and materials your service requires. Payment is due in full when your service is completed. All sales of custom tattoo and piercing services are final — because our work is custom and applied to your body, we do not offer refunds on completed services or purchased jewelry that has been opened or worn. If you are unhappy with your result, talk to us: we care about our work and will discuss touch-ups or corrections where appropriate.
You will receive verbal and/or written aftercare instructions with every service. Healing outcomes depend heavily on how well aftercare is followed, along with individual factors we cannot control (skin type, health, activity, sun exposure). The Shop is not responsible for infections, ink loss, scarring, migration, rejection, or other complications arising after you leave the shop. If you have concerns about healing, contact us promptly — and see a physician for anything that appears infected.
Minor touch-ups on tattoos performed at Wicked Inx may be provided at our discretion within a reasonable healing window, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups required because of failure to follow aftercare, or requested outside the healing window, may be charged at standard rates.
Tattooing and piercing are invasive procedures that carry inherent risks even when performed under sterile conditions, including allergic reaction, infection, scarring, and dissatisfaction with appearance. By receiving services you knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, you release Wicked Inx, its owners, employees, and artists from liability for claims arising from services performed with your consent, except where caused by our negligence.
We may photograph completed work for our records, portfolio, website, and social media. We will ask before photographing you, and you may decline. Photographs of our completed work (excluding your identifying features unless you consent) remain the property of the Shop and may be used to promote our services.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Wicked Inx or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of client work are displayed with consent. Content on this site is provided for general information and is not medical advice.
Information you submit through our booking and newsletter forms is used only to contact you about your appointment or to send you shop news and offers.
