That's most of who walks through our door, and nobody here is going to rush you or make you feel silly for asking questions. We'll talk you through the placement, the jewelry, the pinch and the healing before anything touches your skin.
Every service is by appointment — so the room is yours, the tools are opened in front of you, and you get our full attention. And every Saturday, piercings are half price.
Clean, Sterile, By The Book
Piercing studios in Ontario are regulated as personal service settings under the Health Protection and Promotion Act and are inspected by the local public health unit. Here's what that looks like in our room, every single time.
Every piercing uses a brand-new, pre-sterilized needle opened in front of you — then dropped straight into a sharps container. Needles are never reused, on anyone, ever.
Reusable tools are cleaned and sterilized in an autoclave, packaged, and only opened at your appointment.
Hands washed and fresh single-use gloves for every client, changed if anything is touched mid-procedure.
Chairs, trays and work surfaces are disinfected between every appointment, with single-use barriers over the work area.
Fresh piercings get medical-grade steel or titanium — the metals your body tolerates. Tell us about any nickel or metal allergy first and we'll match you.
Photo ID and a signed consent and health-history form before we start. Minors need a parent or guardian present with ID.
